Olympic Weightlifting Sessions

 

Would you like to learn the snatch, clean and jerk? If so, our Barbell Sessions could be for you!

These coach-led strength and weightlifting sessions aim to improve your overall strength and technique, with exercises suitable for all fitness levels. Beginners welcome!

Sessions take place on Monday (FULL) and Wednesday (FULL) evenings from 7.30-8.30pm with Coach Shona.

Which track is right for me?

As part of our Aristos Barbell program, you will have the option of following one of two tracks which will run alongside each other in every session…

Level One

On this track you’ll build raw strength and work on positions and mobility to help create a strong foundation for weightlifting! Suitable for beginners and customised to your own experience and level. Once you have learned all of the basics, you can progress on to Level Two…

Level Two

In Level Two you’ll be building strength but you’ll also be learning the more advanced skills of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, led by British Weightlifting Coaches, Sho and Chris. This track is suited to those with a strength training background, or to progress to from Level One.

As part of our Aristos Barbell program, you will get:

  • Coach-led and level-appropriate mobility, strength and weightlifting movements designed to improve overall strength, skill and self-confidence;

  • Small group of like-minded individuals for community and accountability;

  • Regular Goal Review sessions with optional InBody Body Composition Scan.


What Is The Cost?

You can access all of the above support for just £65 / month for one Aristos Barbell session per week or £89 / month for two sessions per week. We highly recommend committing to two sessions per week for optimal results.
