Small Group PT
Sessions for Ladies who want to build strength, increase confidence and tone up!
Would you like to improve your strength and tone up but are not sure where to start? If so, our Small Group PT could be for you!
These coach-led strength sessions aim to improve your overall strength and technique, in a small group and with exercises suitable for all fitness levels. No previous gym experience is required.
Sessions take place on Friday mornings from 10.15-11.15am in our private PT studio with Coach Shona.

As part of our Small Group Strength program, you will get:
Coach-led and level-appropriate mobility, stability and strength movements designed to improve overall strength, body composition and self-confidence;
Small group of like-minded individuals for community and accountability;
Regular Goal Review sessions to discuss your progress and receive guidance on nutrition and lifestyle factors, with optional InBody Body Composition Scan.
What Is The Cost?
You can access all of the above support for just £80 / month for one Small Group Strength session per week. You can combine this with any existing Aristos program.
