What is Aristos Personal Training (PT)?
If you want to fast track your fitness program, our personalised programs are the best way forward. Our certified Personal Trainers will work with you to design an individual program tailored to meet your individual health and fitness goals, and with flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.
Through working with one of our expert Personal Trainers you will have the support, instruction and accountability that you need to stay on track and build confidence, regardless of your current fitness level.
PT sessions can be delivered once a week, twice a week or three times per week; and can be accessed alongside our other programs such as Group or Nutrition as part of a Hybrid package.
Whether you choose to train individually (1:1), with a friend (2:1) or as part of a small group (3:1 / 4:1), we offer the following support:
